Fossil adventure in Nettersheim
Around 385 million years ago, a subtropical coral reef formed in the Eifel region. Diverse corals, stromatopores and many other fascinating sea creatures romped around Nettersheim. Discover this at first glance unexpected past during our family adventure programs "Fossils? - I like them!" and "Fossil preparation". Take the opportunity to join one of the free guided tours through the impressive exhibition landscape and the seawater aquarium in the Eifel Nature Center before, between and after the programs!
