Fasciae hold our body upright and make movement possible in the first place. If our "sheath" is too tight and pinches, our fasciae urgently need our attention. After a brief (!) theoretical introduction to the complex fascia system, we will focus on our fascia structure in a very practical way with various exercises. A fascial self-massage rounds off the workshop.
