Konzert in der Remise: Bundessieger Jugend musiziert
Jun 28, 2025
Zülpich-Langendorf
The Manfred Vetter Foundation for Art and Culture has been supporting the 'Special Ensembles' at the national Jugend musiziert competition for many years. Ensembles with 2 to 13 players compete in this category - in a variety of formations and with fascinating music literature in the fields of early music, classical and romantic music as well as contemporary music. The concert in the Remise will be performed by winners of the current national Jugend musiziert competition, which will take place in Wuppertal in 2025. You can be almost certain that you will be able to hear these exceptional young talents on major stages in a few years' time. In 2022, the 'Special Ensembles' will focus on 'Early Music'.
The special prize of the Manfred Vetter Foundation is endowed with € 5,000.
As the current line-up for 2025 and the works for the other contributions to this concert program will only be determined after Whitsun at the end of the national competition, the concert program can only be put together immediately afterwards. This means that you, dear concertgoers, will once again experience a "surprise concert" that is sure to convey many joyful impressions of the young people and the fresh way they make music - living cultural heritage, so to speak, or: "a game with (the) fire"!
