Delve deeper into the ancient knowledge of the powers of plants! During the excursion in small groups in the Northern Eifel, you will get to know the most important herbs with all your senses: Feel, taste and smell; with the help of modern apps and books. We will pay particular attention to practical lessons with tried and tested recipes in combination with current science. In addition, ideal plant material can be harvested in the school's own herb garden.

On 6 consecutive weekends, each Saturday and Sunday, I will teach you everything you need to know about herbal medicine in theory and practice. In the seminar rooms, the medicinal herb garden and the grounds of the nature conservation station, we will get to know and process medicinal plants for culinary, medicinal and cosmetic purposes.

After completing this course, you will be able to develop and offer your own events on the subject of herbs. Your comprehensive script with recipes will help you to deepen your knowledge. You may also want to start a new career and use your knowledge to offer herb walks and preparation to a wide audience in clubs, kindergartens, schools, hotels, restaurants, garden centers or private groups.
