Our farm shop is now a fully grown organic farm shop. In addition to our own Bollheimer products (cheese, quark, yoghurt, raw milk, fruit and vegetables, bread and baked goods, eggs, cereals, meat and sausage), you can find almost the entire range of organic food stores here.

And if you take some time, there's country freshness for everyone on top! Four times a week you will find our market stall with Bollheim fruit and vegetables, bread, baked goods and cheese at the Cologne organic markets. In addition, our cheese cart is at the weekly market in Brühl every Tuesday. In addition to the farm shop, you will also find our in-house bakery in Zülpich-Oberelvenich: Every morning delicious smells of freshly baked bread, sweet pastries and other fine pastries waft across the courtyard.

Baking is an art that comes from skill and real skill has a lot to do with experience. Our bakery has collected and refined its skills through consistent manual work. You can taste the enthusiasm and familiarity with your own work. But our baker's championship is not there yet. Our grain should get even better and the bread even more fragrant and grainy. We are working on it!
