The view wanders over the Aremberg with its flattened summit (623 metres above sea level) to the Nürburg (678 metres above sea level) and the Hohe Acht (747 metres above sea level).

The observatory of the astronomy workshop "Stars without Borders" on the International Place Vogelsang IP in the middle of the Star Park Eifel National Park regularly offers public sky observations.

Hardtburg

The ruins of the Hardtburg moated castle lie on the heights of the Stotzheim Forest. Even today, the remains of the keep, the outer castle and the ring walls bear witness to a fortified medieval fortress, as its character has not been changed by alterations.
